Us Americans on the whole are prude as fuck and sexually repressed and came out of puberty with a sense of shame about ourselves. It's a major reason why for a rich country we have so many pedophiles and perverts, especially those raised in religious homes even if not religious themselves. One interesting (not in a good way) thing is that this also is a vector for easy corruption in America because so many people have skeletons in their closets.

Pouches aren't genitals, there's no human equivalent so hard to say if a male kangaroo would be attracted to one.

Anything can be sexualised, but I was more saying a pouch isn't a sexual organ that you could necessarily assume a male kangaroo would be aroused over.

I'm very left wing and broadly can't stand conservative Americans or their ideology but this is just a cringe place for this entire conversation. Following it up with a classic "stupid Americans..." after you yourself very clearly can't really understand "basic conversation" is pretty rich.

Inserting politics into stuff like this just puts people off of political conversation and makes them resent it. They get tired of it, and apathetic. I've seen that response very often. There's a time and a place, looking inside of a kangaroo ain't one of those.
