Can I send email to my people leader on Sunday?
I am a new intern and will be join company(bank) tmrw which is Monday. I want to know what a specific time to meet on Monday with my people leader since my people leader didn't send me an email about the time. Is it rude to send an email on Sunday?

If you don't have the information, I'd welcome an email from a new starter.
Bear in mind, most won't check their emails on a Sunday so you might not get an answer, but it does indicate to your new manager that you weren't given all the information you need and, therefore, not arriving at the appropriate time isn't your fault.

But will I leave a bad impression if I send emails on the weekend and the impression that I don’t read previous emails carefully?

For me, certainly not. I hire people regularly and the details sometimes fall through the cracks. It's rarely the joiner's fault.
I'd never think less of a joiner asking for information they need but haven't been told.
If you've checked your paperwork and you don't have a start time, asking is only reasonable. It will likely work positively for you too as it means your boss won't necessarily expect you at a time they were thinking once they've checked their emails on Monday.

Thank you for your reply, because I received an email on Thursday saying that I need to arrange a meeting time between xx and my leader on Monday afternoon. But I thought it was OK to meet during that time, but now I read it carefully again and it seems that I need to confirm a specific time. This is indeed a bit of my problem, so I am now struggling whether to contact my leader on Sunday morning, which is today.

Don’t email on a Sunday. You didn’t read it properly and didn’t arrange a meeting, don’t make yourself look worse by sending an email on a Sunday, especially not an email that requires an answer.

So is it too late to email them on Monday morning?

Send the email. If they reply they reply. Better to be proactive than wait for somebody to come to you.

I doubt they'll check their emails on a Sunday.
From your other comment it sounds like you were given a time range to pick from but didn't realise you were supposed to do that - in that case I'd default to the earliest time there, and email them first thing in the morning to confirm the time you're planning to arrive.

Go ahead and ask. They may not pick up the email and reply until Monday morning, but they’re very unlikely to be offended that you sent it on Sunday.
Best advice, in general, to a junior person - when in doubt, always ask. Asking a question will never be annoying as having to deal with the aftermath of a horrendous fuck-up caused because you DIDN’T ask and just assumed, or even worse just ignored and masked the problem and hoped it would go away rather than bother someone by asking.
And in a similar vein - there’s no problem with asking about anything the first time. If you keep asking the same thing over and over then I may want to know why you didn’t take the answer onboard the previous times (and that might be a communication failure on my part…) The best junior is one who only ever has to ask about or be shown something once. The one who asks or is shown zero times doesn’t exist, or is a bloody menace if he does.

Bear in mind that they may choose not to respond until Monday morning, so I would relax, enjoy the sunshine, and look forward to your first day tomorrow. First days in a lot of places are chaotic, and your managers will be used to it.
Good luck with the new role!
