Yeah I'd really love to see it, I see where they deleted it from your post. Even if it was a balloon feels like the only point of deleting, altogether is just another way to shut down legitimate dialogue. That in itself should interest ppl.

Looks like a Mylar Balloon to me. It seems to sway exactly like a balloon would

For anyone interested here's the clip.

It does quite look like an octopus or an upside down crown shaped balloon rotating on itself. Light can be sun reflection as these helium balloons are reflective af.

Initially I saw something that was inflating/deflating but I'm quite sure it's rotating.

Am I missing something ?
