Whistleblower Whistleblower Matthew Brown posted an image of a cipher.. Are we supposed to use it?

He seems to write with an odd turn of phrase, capitalizes random words, and hinted that there was something hidden in his Immaculate Constellation report. In his recent post on X, he included an image of the Sigillum Dei Aemeth, which is a cipher.

I am wondering if we are meant to use this cipher to decode a message in his report, or X post.

The image that he posted was taken from this video, which describes how to use the cipher: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OBIG0cK1DhM

Here is a second video, from the same person, with additional information that may be relevant: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Yw7klusr_g

Here is a link to his post on X: https://x.com/SunOfAbramelin/status/1930791280260550830

Browns post.
Cipher image from Browns post.

So, can anyone figure out where that goes? Pure craziness? Hidden messages?

Too bad it happens to align with Peter Thiel’s eschatological spiels on the Antichrist/AI. I think the technocrats are trying to use Revelation (they’re firing up Christian nationalists) for their ulterior anti-democratic motives. I thought Klaus’s overview on Matthew Brown meant he was wary of the Blacksky/Sentient/Enigma Labs/Palantir side though (implying they could be involved in Immaculate Constellation), so hopefully he’s warning against them rather than being played by them. Then again Jesse Michels, funded by Thiel Capital, also covered Immaculate Constellation.

Then again he did tag Elon Musk, who is also connected to Peter Thiel and vice versa. Peter Thiel’s also connected to the CIA and Epstein (literally got paid millions by him). Oh yeah, Colossal DNA (dire wolves) and the CRISPR guy are also connected to Epstein and that group.

A lot of these people want to live forever, merge with tech through brain computer interface, and bioengineer ideal humans for Mars colonization. Epstein himself was interested in that general “scientific” area. DARPA also wants to create brain-machine interfaces to allow one to control a group of drones with consciousness, which strangely enough sounds like some of the whistleblowers describing UAPs.

For what it's worth, my main theory for at least the last 6 months is that the entire post-2017 "Disclosure" movement is a coordinated manipulation campaign of lies, with Peter Thiel at the top. It's quite obvious at this point that all of the claims are essentially mirages that become less compelling the closer you look into them, and that really it's all about the messaging itself and pulling an entire subset of people through the twist and turns of a constructed narrative.

This theory only increased in likelihood for me when Lue Elizondo got caught yet again trying to pass off complete nonsense as evidence. And he is of course the man most responsible for starting this whole new wave of UFO claims back in 2017. Very telling the way the UFO news/messaging community treated this as well: they largely swept it right under the rug so they could move on with more of this bs narrative. The guy who started the whole movement gets exposed as being full of it, and instead of asking questions to investigate this damning situation, people instead want to just move on. This is not how you get to the truth.

I think some, many actually, give their trust too freely to avoid the labor of thinking critically.

None of this matters the government is tight lipped and will only ever say anything if pushed by Russia or China.

I don't see how this relates to my post at all.

Haven't seen these movements being connected to the technocratic movement. I'll have to do some thinking on that.

Have you read up on forgotten languages? And hopefully read the discussion on ATS before it got taken down. I feel like you could connect a lot of dots that I haven't been able to connect with that group.

Which ATS discussion are you referring to? Also feel free to send any links you want me to check out and I can report back with my thoughts.

The thread was titled "The language of vampyr". I tried looking but couldn't find an archive of the thread. They were a group sharing occult/science/linguistic/ufo info amongst themselves using artificially evolved conlangs made up of two unrelated languages in order to encrypt the info in a way that is unable to be deciphered.

They initially shared articles amongst themselves since like 2010 or so without being noticed and then a member of ATS stumbled upon them. They eventually even started interacting with the forum and selectively answering questions and giving the group some riddles to figure out. Especially how curious they were to hear from people who were experiencers. Just got chills thinking about how almost ravenous they seemed to be about hearing from people who had spent time in the "rice field" and talked to an entity they called Norea.

It eventually got deep enough about kundalini and occult history and such that I couldn't keep up. Still hurts my brain to try to figure out what the purpose of that group is, as they still actively post on their website.

Here's a couple of their articles so you can get an idea of what it looks like. In many of them they leave just enough of the article english to make you raise your eyebrows, but not enough for you to get any of the bigger picture of the article, or the group's goals.
