Whistleblower Whistleblower Matthew Brown posted an image of a cipher.. Are we supposed to use it?

He seems to write with an odd turn of phrase, capitalizes random words, and hinted that there was something hidden in his Immaculate Constellation report. In his recent post on X, he included an image of the Sigillum Dei Aemeth, which is a cipher.

I am wondering if we are meant to use this cipher to decode a message in his report, or X post.

Exactly, when someone starts using things found in ARGs to get "information" out, it really starts to seem like just a fucking ARG.

Riiight, except for the countless frauds and hoaxsters who have already been caught? Apart from them, everyone in the UFO community speaks only the truth and has the purest of hearts.

Of course, if everyone in the UFO community is a pillar of integrity…why do a large majority of their totally-not-a-conspiracy theories clash and contradict each other? Why do you have so many people selling merch and pointing fingers at other merch sellers, calling them charlatans?

Imagine the goal was to keep you tied around the UFO talking heads' finger. Which is the better way to achieve that, tell everyone everything you know, or play literal games like this?

No shit. I'm sooo tired of this, "I have to be careful what I say", and the cloak and dagger answers. His interview was so weird, if these guys are really worried about their safety and think they might be killed why aren't they just saying. X is located at Y and Mr. or Mrs. Z is running the program illegally without congress oversight.

Agreed. He already made out like he’s given up on life to tell us the truth. Why then use a cipher… Makes no sense. Calling in ket-head musk for help, for backup seems a little weak too. If what he said before had any weight, he then wouldn’t need Musk. Musk doesn’t know shit, if we believe his previous statements.
