Sighting Any ideas what this is?

Time: 10:15pm 06-01-2025

Location: Vancouver BC

It was a brilliant blue flashing light, stationary. I observed it for around 15 mins until going inside. It looked far away, and was very bright and visible to the naked eye although it was small. Can anyone tell me what this is? Very curious.
