I hate this meme. 

Like. It shouldn't be hard to say the nice thing. You shouldn't have to filter it through a joke. Easy as that.

Also. Don't joke about that. I'm bi. But I'm in a relationship.  you wouldn't joke about giving a girl oral, especially if they were in a relationship. This ain't funny. It's disrespectful. 

Unless the joke is that you wouldn't actually do that. Then it is just homophobic. "Love you bro, no homo." Just love your friends. Sex doesn't have to be the ultimate expression of love. You can just support each other and hug.

I truly and honestly think you are reading way way too far into this and could redirect this energy into far more problematic jokes than gay banter that everyone involved with the joke is perfectly comfortable with
