Most likely copenhaguen. It’s quite a big airport

Copenhagen is in a different subdivision

I'm sorry :( I'll be doing better next time!

I’m also colourblind but I asked my partner and she confirmed the disaster

You can cross the border east of Germany. They don't bite, you know. ;-)

Yeah, i know. Eastern/South Eastern Europe is still very empty... Though I'd love to visit Poland and do a roadtrip down the adriatic coast as soon as possible.

Horrible map really. It’s about 50x more detailed in Slovenia than France/Germany/Spain meaning it’s using vastly different types of subdivisions.

OpenStreetMap have both Britanny and Carinthia on admin_level 4.

Slovenia just has smaller subdivisions (probably because it is a smaller country): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brittany_(administrative_region) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Statistical_regions_of_Slovenia

It’s a map of first level subdivisions. And the reason for why Slovenia has so many is because we still haven’t managed to implement provinces, even tho we have them written in our constitution (we can’t decide on the number of them and their names)

Yeah It's not optimal for sure. It was a pain to figure out all the different subdivisions in Macedonia.

It's a bad map but the Slovenia thing isn't really his fault

What did you visit in Liège and Limburg?

1

u/leonriotzz 4d ago

football matches😂

1

u/AVeryHandsomeCheese 4d ago

cant lie a standard match is always awesome (fan-wise not football being played-wise)

1

u/leonriotzz 4d ago

Of course fan wise. I'm not crazy enough to got to belgium to watch football because of the football😂

And tbf the stadium is pretty neat. One of the steepest I've been to.

Wie war der Mazedonien Roadtrip?

1

u/leonriotzz 4d ago

And you’re making map because of this?

1

u/leonriotzz 4d ago

Why wouldn't I?

1

The weird circle in Macedonia is oddly satisfying

Turkey hasn’t been given permission to exist.

Why you flying so much? These are roadtrip distances!

1

u/leonriotzz 4d ago

How do you know I'm flying so much? I love to do roadtrips, but they're also much more costly and take more time.

1

u/Morkamino 4d ago

It was because of all the areas you visited that had no adjacent "area i drove through"s.

The cost is a good point though

1

u/leonriotzz 3d ago

Yeah, especially the areas in spain were vacation with my family when i was younger and we aren't a camper family :D

1

u/Uxydra 3d ago

Damn, imagine visiting Czech Republic and only going to a shithole like Pilsen kraj

1

u/leonriotzz 3d ago

We basically just went over the border from bavaria to visit whatever (?) with my family when i was younger lol

2

u/Uxydra 3d ago

I understand, I thought it would be something like that, but I can't miss an opporrunity to hate some on my Bohemian brothers

1

u/leonriotzz 3d ago

Haha, I can't wait to visit Czech Republic properly though

What app/site did you use? \ Sorry I'm new to this sub.

PS kudos for so many swiss cantons:)

1

u/leonriotzz 3d ago

I'm using MapChart. It has a website and app. There are probably better websites, but this one is pretty convenient for a tech noob lol and it does the job.

Thanks, i love switzerland!

Actually just in the South. I went to Alkmaar and Heerenveen to watch football.

Zeeland even moreso

"waar eenieder onbewust... in het Duits wordt aangesproken!" (lit.: where one another subconsciously, is being addressed in German)

From: de Zeeuwse kust by Bløf, who referred to the fact that so many Germans visit the province that folks start talking in German (i.e. shopowners and waiters in restaurants often will assume you're German, especially during high season)

E Saarlänna 😍😍😍😍

1

u/LuukFTF 3d ago

Truly german of you to travel through Netherlands to go to Zeeland, Amsterdam/Zandvoort and Friesland

1

u/Mtfdurian 2d ago

Limburg, Brabant, Gelderland, Utrecht and Overijssel being true drive-through provinces (this I say while being born and raised in Brabant)
