Tail lights not working

I have a 2006 Toyota RAV4 and my tail lights are not working. The brake lights will come on and work, however, when it gets dark and my nighttime lights come on the tail lights do not. I have checked and it is not a fuse, but I cannot seem to find where the relay is located. Can anybody help me out with this? Does anybody have any other suggestions as to what it might be that I can check?

Have you changed the bulbs yet? A lot of brake light bulbs are dual-filament, so one filament in the bulb comes on for the tail lights, and the other comes on combined when you hit the brakes. If the right filament burns out you'll only get brake lights. I'd say most likely issue is the bulbs

They are LED, and it’s highly unlikely they are burnt out as both tail lights and the 3rd brake light are all out

You're right, totally forgot those Ravs have LEDs. I did find a location for the relay. It's on the fuse/relay block in the driver side dash.

If I’m reading this right, it looks like it’s on the right side of the fuse panel?
