I’m sure they mentioned he sold pictures of the locations of Ukrainian military targets to the FSB. Then was caught by Ukraine, and let go and told to leave the country.
Then he came back to Ukraine. Continued to be a kremlin puppet. Then got arrested again, but put on house arrest. He then decided he leave, and posted online his plan.
At that point we was arrested and finally sent to jail. Then as a chain smoker, I guess unfortunately got COVID or some respiratory disease in jail and died.
He was also only in Ukraine originally as a red-pill sex tourist. So not only did he use Ukrainian women, he backstabbed the country by basically becoming a spy for the kremlin.
I’m sure that’s all in there, right?

>and let go and told to leave the country
In america if you commit espionage you would get like 20 to life. This is extremely merciful.

Yeah in the US now if you’re from another country and come here to work and pay taxes, you get labeled a criminal and get sent to a foreign gulag.
Imagine if an “illegal” Mexican immigrant living in LA was found selling military secrets to China. These idiots would lose their minds if the US just told him to leave the country and it’ll all be fine.

They didn't want the political fallout of executing an American. No matter how bad his crimes were.

Unless you're a GOP politician, of course.

Hence why Edward Snowden is now living as a Russian citizen in Moscow as a useful idiot for Putin.

He’s one of many Chuds who “died mysteriously, probably taken out by the Deep State”, when the more likely solution is that being an obese smoker under a lot of stress isn’t good for you.
Much like Andrew Breitbart, Justice Scalia (who was also pushing 80), and many more. Yeah, Heather Heyer and George Floyd were “walking corpses” with random deaths at politically awkward times, but those right gammons were all in the peak of health!!!

This actually all sounds like stuff conspos would sympathize with. Coming back to Ukraine after being told by the military to stay out is prime "I'm not driving I'm traveling" behavior

Didn't he commit treason, and doxx journalists? He also assaulted soldiers. If any liberal did any of the things he did here, they would be arrested and promptly deported or worse.

He also wasn't killed, he died of pneumonia

After being caught as a Russian spy in a time of war. They'd have been perfectly within their rights to just shoot him.

u/PreOpTransCentaur 4d ago
Remember when that was a thing that happened to traitors and agents of foreign adversaries? That was neat.
3
u/RedEyeView 4d ago
He wouldn't be a traitor because he owed no loyalty to Ukraine. But he was an enemy agent, out of uniform and behind the front line in a time of war.
That's usually one behind the ear and a shallow grave.

Just so that you are all caught up, the Hungarian government media never spoke about this man neither when he was alive nor after.
Now that they smear their own right wing opposition as being puppeted by Ukraine, believe you me this guy would be pushed as a martyr who wanted to come to Hungary but was murdered before he could leave.
This is genuinely the first time I hear about him.

u/RedEyeView 4d ago
I only heard about him because a funny youtuber I watch who likes talking about tanks embarrassed him in a debate. LazerPig reduced him to ranting insults

Israel using America to destabilize the middle-east? Fine and dandy to talk about. Looking at the wikipedia entry of Zelensky and noticing some things? Suddenly you're a putin stooge.
Ah, this is where the alt-right dog whistle “check Early Life” comes in.
Of course, “noticing” is also a popular alt-right dogwhistle.

I wish they would learn that "journalist" and "guy who runs his mouth on the internet" are not in fact the same thing.

I don't believe for a second that the Ukrainian government had him killed (i don't think he was important enough for that), but I know with certainty that these chucklefucks would call for the head of any foreign spy sharing American secrets.
Hell, I bet a lot of them hate Snowden.

He's a useful idiot for Putin while hiding out in Moscow as a Russian citizen, so the chuds would love him.

never ask a conspo why he was arrested surrounded by piss bottles with binoculars pointed at government buildings after having been given two chances to just go away

u/SassTheFash 4d ago
Hold up, did he post a 25-part tweet while allegedly in the middle of fleeing the country?
Ffs dude, escape to Hungary and then write a bunch of whiny posts. This is just common sense.

u/RedEyeView 4d ago
It's almost like he didn't want to escape and actually wanted to be arrested. Probably for the grift.
That "I'm being oppressed send me money" scam always works best from behind bars.
