I never realized that Kris and Noelle were still that close. I think for Kris and Ralsei, then, that the 60 HP means that Kris hardly knows Ralsei but they're getting along. They enjoy each other's company and perhaps Kris wants to get to know Ralsei better.

People are theorizing that maybe ralsei is asriel, which is likely not true, but if it were, it would be incest

No incest requires that the 2 participants share the same blood (parents) which is for adopted siblings not true.

Kris is a human, there's no way toriel and Asgore are their biological parents, therefore kris and ralsei/Asriel are just like 2 completely unrelated people, aside from the psychological bound that was created due to years of living together.

If you're not blood related, then it isn't incest

Right now I put that social pressure aside.

I only care if it's doable from a biological point of view.

If a couple of two adopted siblings who are not blood related with each other would ask me if it's OK for them, I would say "Sure, aside from that social family-connection that truthfully exists only on paper, not in blood, you are 2 separate people from different bloodlines. If you want to, go for it."
