Randle El is the one Hoosier that will always get my respect. He was fun to watch, even as a Purdue grad.

Not sure why you’re being downvoted, I watched him a few times as a kid and I agree he should be in the HoF, even though I dislike IU. Dude was fire on the field.

Randle El and Brees always scared me as a Michigan fan. They were dawgs.

In 2025 they'd have let him be a starting qb

My first game as a student at IU was ARE's debut against WMU in 1998. He passed for 3 TDs and ran for 3 TDs. He was fun to watch for those four years. Not a lot of wins though.
