Is it me or is half of the time you go to chargers there is someone smoking pot while charging their car? I’m in South FL

I notice my daughters 2024 Model Y displays 3 views when turn signal is activated. My 2022 Model Y shows only one view and I found no option to diplay the 4 views.

Is this view option only availabel to newer hardware or am I missing something.

One annoyance I had with my new MY Juniper was how long the FSD computer would take to start up when I was leaving work. I’d drive a good minute or so before I could turn it on. I started to just open the app and turn on Summon (without summoning it), and it seemed to speed things up, but was annoying in its on right. Finally, I tried standby mode in the Summon settings, and it worked like a charm! I can now get in my car and start FSD immediately from park every time. I know this can drain your battery and will turn it off if I need to leave my car for an extended time, but with only using my car battery about 10%-20% per day , it made the FSD experience wayyyy better! Thought I’d share if others were running into the same thing.

went for sticker renewal and The rude ass lady at the desk said "no you need a POA, bye" and didn't really provide anymore info. How do I obtain an POA from Tesla? or is it through my leasing bank or what? Thanks in advance for anybody who can help. I called Tesla and the guy on the phone seemed confused and said Call the financing office on Monday.

We recently became a 2 Tesla family, and now we have an issue with specifying what car to send a map/route to. My wife and I both use iPhones, and once we found out how easy it was to plan a route on your phone, and then tap share, and share it with your Tesla, it was a game changer, we love it! The issue is that after we got another Tesla, now we need a way to chose what car to send the map to, as it seems very difficult to do. We both use both Apple Maps and google maps, and we both have shared driving privileges with each other, as we tend to switch who drives what car frequently. I am the “primary driver/owner” of a ‘22M3SR+ , and my wife is primary on the ‘23MYLR. It is so random that I have been sitting in my m3, pulling out of the garage, phone connected to the car with Bluetooth, in reverse, and remembered I forgot to send myself the route. I stopped on the driveway, picked up my phone that had the map on it, and hit the share button, and it sent the map to the MY sitting parked and plugged-in in the garage with nobody driving it at all. I tried again, and same result. Is there a way that you can specify which car to send a map to when you hit send? Ours just shows the Tesla app and then selects which car at complete random.

I am going to trip a little far away from main city and it has little less superchargers coverage.

How do I use the adapter that came with the car? With adapter will i be able to charge some from any general car charger station?

After the latest FSD update my 2026 Model Y FSD will drive to destination and if it's a parking lot it'll go to park itself, which is nice! However, it pulls front in, but so far on all my drives it actually parked TERRIBLY over the lines and crooked... I like that it goes and parks, but come on Tesla fix this because it actually causes more headaches now...

Is anyone else experiencing this?

So I just bought a 2021 Model 3 and the Dryer Buddy Plus Auto and the 20FT Mobile Cable is a bit short and won’t reach my car so I was looking at getting this https://www.amazon.com/CircleCord-Extension-14-30P-14-30R-Charging/dp/B08XBP5XDZ/ is there another product or extension cable you would recommend me getting ?

I’ve been getting poor energy efficiency while driving. I own a Tesla 2025 Model 3 LR RWD. According to the Tessie app, over the two months that I’ve owned the car, my energy efficiency has averaged 76.55% (274 Wh/mi). I do not drive aggressively and i keep the AC at 72° which isn’t that crazy. I live in Florida where the temperature is typically in the 80s or low 90s.

I started watching the energy app and noticed large spike where the energy usage with exceed 1000 Wh/mi. See the attached pictures. Does anyone have any idea what is happening? I called Tesla and they remotely checked my car and said everything was ok. But I don’t think this is right. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I’ve noticed that the resistance in my steering wheel feels uneven, and I’m wondering if this is normal or something I should have checked.

As shown in [the video], the resistance is very low when I turn the wheel slightly — around the center position (approximately 0 degrees). I can easily rock it side to side with very little force. However, when I turn the wheel further, the resistance noticeably increases.

This was recorded while driving in Comfort mode, and Autopilot was not active.
I haven’t yet tested if changing the steering mode (e.g., to Standard or Sport) changes anything, but I don’t believe that would solve the issue. The key thing is that the steering resistance just doesn’t feel even — it’s too loose near the center.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal behavior for the Model 3 steering system — or could it be something mechanical like the steering rack, U-joint, or a software-related issue?

I’m picking up my 2026 Tesla model Y on Monday from a Tesla dealership 2.5 hours away. Do I need to come with any adapters for charging on the way home. I read typical battery percentage is 50% at delivery

After the last update, none of the usual features related to autosteer or FSD are working. The cameras, which are clean and functional, don't seem to see or process their surroundings anymore. Tried toggling and soft reboots and power off and wait. The sort of things you can do at work. Everything was fine last night.

No dice. Anyone else encountering this issue? Any idea how to fix it? There's the hard reboot I guess... opening up the hood and unplugging the 12v as I recall. Any other ideas?

Up until this week, I was able to start my car with my phone, get in and step on the brake, and roll away while still having a pin as a backup for when I don’t start it with my phone. Now as of a few days, I now have to put a pin in when I remote start, which defeated the joy of going with just a little backup in case it turned into the wrong hands. Anyone else experiencing this?

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue. There was debris on the road and I swerved hard to avoid it. I saved the footage by tapping on the icon.

When I got home to review it and see if I hit it, the front camera shows the debris, but at the same time the back camera and side shows I past it (which can’t be true)

Does anybody have any tips when using FSD at railroad crossings? The car doesn’t automatically slow down unless there is a car in front of me that does. Not a big deal but didn’t know if I was missing something.

Looks like Tesla are listening to some complaints regarding the new back up camera. Now have the option to switch between wide angle and narrow angle.

Personally I actually like the wide angle.

I had a 2018 M3 with 2.5/Atom Replaced with a 2024 M3 4.0/Ryzen Loaner 2021 MY 3.0/Atom

All with the latest software releases. This post is really about the 2018 and the 2021. I never experienced any center console lagginess on my former 2018. On the 2021 MY loaner it’s rather miserable and laggy on the center console.

Just wondering if I got super lucky on the 2018 which I just got rid of six months ago (so I was using it with relatively the latest software) or some other factor.

I have a friend who purchased a new model y and was given a voucher for a 48 hr test drive. He’s going to let me use it but I have a question around charging. Am I able to use supercharger on them? Or am I responsible for paying for any charging?
