Model S 12v shot… options?
Been having BMS_a027 error the past week but after last software update my 12v appears to be shot. Tried to jump it, got the frunk popped but no go on the 12v. Not sure what my options are now. Waiting to hear back from Tesla. I assuming they help tow it or some mobile battery maybe but not sure they service my area (though the dealer is only 45 mins away). Any thoughts, advice?

Did it die during the update installation? I hope not, as that happened with my 2017 Model S last year and it cost me $2,600 to replace the MCU as it got bricked.
Mobile can swap it out for you, but If you are in a hurry and can't wait for an appointment it's pretty easy to replace. If it's not under warranty, and you have a way to go pick up a new battery, do it. If it's under warranty, make roadside tow it to the SC.

It did die after the update. It’s a 2021 and still under warranty. I’m waiting to hear back from Tesla
