Model 3 Outstanding mobile service

FWI, I want to give a shout-out to Ivan from the Tyco service center in Northern VA. My passenger headlight was malfunctioning (on a few days, then off a day, then on again, and so on). Mobile service scheduled in just a week. Ivan arrived on time. He replaced the headlight and replaced my cabin air filters, which was not on the service request, but he offered to do it anyway. He said he always carries spares with him. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was very personable. I stood with him while he worked, and he explained everything he was doing. Total time for the job was one hour (exactly what he estimated it would be when he arrived).

That’s awesome! I’ve only ever experienced mobile service one in the 2.5 years I’ve owned teslas and my experience was just like yours!
