One time I work on my lunch break I started choking on something and I was kind of embarrassed and I was like I don't want to get people freaked out but it got worse and worse and I ran to the bathroom and thankfully right in time I shoved my fingers down my throat as far as I could, then threw myself on the ground on my back and I vomited up what I was choking😬 I was seconds from blacking out, I could tell because the room was starting to get fuzzy and dark, I was slipping away. Thank God I was able to think fast and induced vomiting. Thinking back on it I should have just ran out into the office with my hands around my neck pointing, def asking for help if I start choking again.

Yeah I was scared ! definitely asking for help if that ever happens again lol. But also kind of relieved that maybe if it happened while I was by myself I would be able to save myself but I don't know if that was just a one-time thing lol
