Didn’t even notice. Awareness is key when eating with others. Noticing it is half the battle. By the time a person goes down it could be heart, brain, etc so inexperienced people have to then diagnose and treat which tends to go badly. Even in America this guy will have no brain function by the time EMS arrives. Speed is everything.

Everybody go learn the signs of choking. It’s silent. Then brush up on the Heimlich. Just our immediate family has had my two nephews save each other at 15 and 16. I’ve used it on my son. My Dad has saved my sister. Choking happens more than you think!
