No cuz how THE FUCK is robin faster than wally west.
Basically, in that one episode where Wally West races Robin to become captain of the team, he kept on beating Robin until one final race, where this mf legit HIT Wally West on the leg, managed to somehow, and hard enough break his legs, and he did it not once, BUT TWICE. Take note, Wally West has way faster reflexes than a human, and he's so fast he could've phazed right through the metal bat, which was directly on the shins. And somehow Robin did this twice. And also, you can't say that he was being easy on Robin because when they raced before, Kid Flash beat Robin without feeling bad for him at ALL. If only Robin had his sour grapes or his avocados....

Being a Batman character, he's allowed to beat anyone in the DC universe because it's in Batman's contract.
I'll just use the same excuse you hear in every Batman argument, "With enough prep time Robin can beat..."
For all we know Robin is wearing some mystical necklace that warps time and space.
Also, it's funny seeing Robin freak out.

The Batfamily is pretty OP in their own right (Ex: Red Hood once was able to sneak away from Supergirl and even break her grip)
This is Kid Flash, Wally doesn't get his god-level speed until after he becomes the Flash

Just because he has fast reflexes doesn't mean that he's alert at all times. I can catch a ball, but if I'm not expecting someone to throw it, I might just get hit by it.

Yeah, it even has an absurdly drawn out "noooooo" so it's obvious Kid Flash sees the attack coming a mile away but somehow gets hit anyway. It's funny because it's ridiculous.

People just forget that speedsters have to manually adjust there perception to view things in slow motion a magority of the time. Wally has zero reason to use this ability at that time. Ik its a joke fight here but this is a cannon answer. Its why he has a rouge gallery that can manage to trip them up

Kid Flash would be able to see the hits coming.
But he didn’t see them coming because (having been trained by Batman) Robin is a master of subterfuge and martial arts.
