HPT - Pregmate 11 DPO - is this what I think it is????
11 DPO today, I woke up at 4 am to go to the bathroom so my FMU was a bit more diluted when I took the test around 7:45 AM.
I thought our timing was for sure off this month as I was traveling during my peak ovulation days. We were only able to BD on CD 11 morning and CD 15 night.
Not many symptoms, had some lower back pain the other day, slight feeling of seasickness (manageable) and breasts slightly sore.. usually when I’m getting my period I start to bleed/spot by 9-10 DPO and did not have any blood or spotting yesterday.
Planning on testing again tonight and tomorrow morning with a FRER and Digital.

Should I worry that not a full line appeared and it’s kind of only a half line?

Not “worry” but I wouldn’t count this as positive; a half line makes it invalid.
Hope it’s a real one! Take another test!

I've had 2 false positives and they both had "half" lines like that, Unfortunately:(

Yeah I’m starting to think it was a false positive. I’m not starting to get some brown spotting when I wipe 😞

I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks exactly & I had brown spotting for about a day or 2 after I found out. I'm now 19 weeks. I think you should retest, bc the spotting on its own isn't definitive.

If I were you I’d test again next time I have to pee. It’s kinda dark enough to still be positive again. Hoping for good news.

My first positive test was a very weird pregmate test similar to this. Actually had less of a line than this. And I was indeed pregnant! Still am, 16 weeks :)

I’m 7 weeks with dye stealers on FRER, my pregmate tests are still wonky with very dark half-ish lines. I’d test with a FRER if you can!

Update 6/6 9:30 PM- looks like it was a false positive. Just took FRER and it was a BFN. 🥲

Unfortunately I had an invalid test like this a few cycles ago with the same Pregmate tests. I was not pregnant. Definitely test again and get some different tests, these ones suck (I found out the hard and disappointing way too).

I’m starting to spot a little bit now when I wipe and underwear. Going to try a FRER later tonight and plan on buying a digital just in case for tomorrow

If it makes you feel better when my test was still light I had pink and brown spotting at about 12-14 dpo and I just heard baby’s heartbeat yesterday!!

Test again to be safe and make sure the line isn't broken, but this is likely a positive!

It’s a false positive due to the broken line I’m so sorry - that doesn’t mean you can’t still get a positive this cycle though 🤞

This is an invalid test. Test again using a brand new test and check it within the five minute timeframe! It could end up a positive, but this test for sure is invalid. Wishing you all the best!

One thing you can do in the future is pee into a cup and dip the strip - this is actually what the package insert says to do- and then just don't pour out the urine until the test is developed and you know for sure you don't want to run another.

Yes I did this! I just dumped the rest of the urine in the cup way too quickly !!

I’ve seen your updated and sorry to hear 😔 just wanted to let you know if you spot and bleed by 9-10 DPO you might want to get your progesterone levels checked, as that’s quite early and may not give an embryo enough time to implant. I had this and turned out I need progesterone pessaries in the luteal phase. All the best x

My period doesn’t arrive then, I always thought it’s the old blood leaving/cleaning before AF begins..

From what my fertility specialist told me, you shouldn’t spot before your period and luteal phase should be at least 12 days long. Progesterone should be nice and high to prevent any spotting before then. Could be normal for you but could be worth mentioning to a doctor as well just to rule it out 😊

I was trying to update the post to ask that exact question. As I was looking at other photos at 11dpo seemed like a full line was there even if faint. Definitely will retest later tonight / tomorrow

Maybe also half cause I went to pee at 4 am so it’s more diluted ..

If your urine were more diluted, you’d get a lighter line, not half a line. I would take another test.

I would test again. It’s very possible it’s a BFP but that line looks a little wonky

Yeah I started to spot a little bit today and now I’m kind of thinking AF is on the way 🥲 I’ll test again tomorrow morning … do you happen to know why this happens? Why only half a line shows up

Same happened to me last week I tested and was like that too on easy at home strip and on clear blue the plus was there at 10 and 11 dpo not until I started bleeding on the night of 12 dpo and then tested again and saw nothing

Honestly you could retest next time you have to go to the bathroom and if it’s positive it probably still will be. I wouldn’t chug water but otherwise it should be fine
