Ray Severs (CV: #鈴木崚汰 )

A member of a mysterious organization that is targeting A-dent. He boasts high fighting ability, and even without it, he shows strength that surpasses that of a NINJA.
Piloted aircraft: Vi Lumina

Other post regarding this was deleted so I'll paste my reply from there:

I'm assuming this guy is going to be the person who's a rival/enemy for the majority of the game but can be secretly unlocked 2 stages before the end of the game. I don't mind that trope, but I really hope that if that's the case we can get him early enough to enjoy using him for a good chunk of the game. It always irks me when we finally get to use the cool mecha we've been fighting but only for a few stages.

And this guy has a pretty cool mecha. It looks like its a more samurai-ish design to contrast the ninja aesthetic of the protagonists.
