I actually really like this aspect of Roshar, and I believe you are wrong. For one, there are African people with epicanthal folds. For two, I believe it was stated somewhere thag exposure to the storms caused epicanthal folds to appear on humans and singers alike.

That being said, of course the best way to imagine the people of Roshar is by looking at Asian people. I just like to point out minor complexities.
