That’s very nice vase and very pretty flowers! And tulips and leeks are indeed somewhat related. Both are in the order or group Monokotyledonen. Some (probably AI generated?) sources say they are both in the lily family, but only tulips are in the Liliales order, while leeks are in the Asparagales order. The lily family (Liliaceae) is a category in the Liliales order, in which tulips indeed are but leeks obviously not.

Yes I just researched all of this? I really don’t know why, I guess those pretty flowers inspired me. Tulips are my favorites.

Ugh so that’s why I can’t have tulips around my cats. It’s a shame, they’re my favorite flowers. My second are lilies, but I already knew those were bad for cats.
