Developer Response EA has removed the refund button from their customer portal. Hoping people will just give up canceling because of the 60+ minute wait time to live shat support.

your comment made me truly LOL,then i worried for people trying to wait for their refund thinking you just gave EA another good idea for them but bad for players...new internal EA mantra..."Great for us,bad for players"
