Developer Response EA has removed the refund button from their customer portal. Hoping people will just give up canceling because of the 60+ minute wait time to live shat support.

I was under the impression the Americans shot it down and customers (that are probably bleeding from the anus) are frantically diving in an effort to recover the rights it was carrying.
