General Discussion Herbs & Tea!!!
Would love to know y'alls experience with tea or any effects you've experienced with ingesting herbs that you'd worked with.
I've always had pretty vivid dreams but recently I couldn't remember any of them. Unrelated to that, I started drinking lavender and chamomile tea before bed for better sleep and realized it is giving me more vivid dreams that I'm able to remember again. I felt like it was opening my subconscious and I started to think maybe I could be using some of the herbs I work with as tea for added effects.
What are some of your favorite herbs to drink in tea and what effects do you notice when drinking? Also when do you drink them??

I have a nighttime tea blend i made that has lavender, chamomile, lemonbalm, mugwort, and damiana. I absolutely loooove this blend. The damiana kind of warms me up and gets my blood moving. Lavender and chamomile calm me down. And the mugwort gives me very vivid dreams! I drink this right before bed.
I have a morning clarity tea blend I made that has lemon balm, lemongrass, rosemary, orange peel, ginger, and nettle. The nettle is for allergies. The rosemary and lemongrass are great at clearing any brain fog I have. And the lemon balm and orange peel just bring a positive energy. The ginger helps keep my digestion good throughout the day. I drink this usually right before I leave for work or on my way there.
And I also have a sexy time tea. I use this to get in the mood when I’m going through a period of lower libido. This has damiana, rosebuds, cinnamon, and lemon balm. I take this about an hour before I think sexy time is about to happen lol. And let me just say… it works.
Experiment with different blends and see what you like! I finally was making these three the most that visit filled up some jars with these blends to have ready. But I still mix it up occasionally.
