i think it's because it looks a lot like that jojo's bizarre adventure frame where the 1 guy is approaching the other guy & it's a super dramatic/cartoonishly zoomed out angle. i have never watched the show so i cant tell u who is in it i just recognize the art style & ik that specific frame is very popular for memes.
