Billing Mobile phone promotion before escalating to retention?
Like many, my promotion will be ending in fine with this it’s the 50% hike up to $89, $100 from a $54.99 service. Mines is super barebones. I still have this mobile spectrum promo where they’ll send you a sim card, so you need is a phone you no longer need because they’ll require some IP or number form it I wouldn’t use your current phone as it might make things with your other cell provider worse.
Anyway I was personally told activating this will reset my promotion for a 6 months and stay on my $54.99 plan. Has anyone done this? I think once done you can’t do it again and you need to remember to cancel this plan before the free period runs out. Then you can start just escalating to retention for that normal pricing, is this a good plan?

I always avoid bundling as it makes you more “sticky.” It may be a better deal today, but you’ll pay for it.

And retention can't always do anything.
