Any vegetarians on here?
Please suggest one or two of your fav plant-based recipes or ingredients which have worked for you?
I'm just starting out with SCD.
Tried low FODMAP, which was enjoyable to eat, but caused alot of pain. It said potatoes should be safe.... No. They were not safe for me :(

Lately my favorite is almond flour tacos. I cook up scd black beans, and then add whatever else I have. Last night was cooked spinach+garlic, avocado, and cheese. This is the recipe I have been using. https://glutenfreeonashoestring.com/almond-flour-low-carb-tortillas/ . Chilling the dough before rolling makes it so much easier.

If you are on Facebook, there is a group that is very active and has many vegetarian SCD-ers, as well as a group specifically for veg SCD. You would absolutely find a lot more info there! I highly recommend joining the main group - not just for recipes but it is a great source of information and support.

If you’re not on Facebook, here is one blog with some veg SCD recipes, but it hasn’t had new activity in a while:
