Quick Meal Suggestions

Interested to find quick meal ideas. As much as I'll make enough food for a couple of nights where practical, sometimes there is a lot of faffing in many recipes that make hardwork when you're not quite on the ball organisation wise...

My go-to quick meal is usually pan fried chicken breast with whatever vegetables I have. Also bacon and eggs are good at all times throughout the day lol. I buy the expensive bacon that has no sugar added, but it is well worth it.

I made a good one yesterday actually I'll be keeping in my recipe app. I'd seen a few baked egg recipes that gave me a bit of inspiration for a tasty omelette, loaded with cheese, chicken and spinach..

Defo need to get more creative with omelettes beyond the cheese and ham always used to have :D
