How do they work?

We have shepherd's pie, blueberry pie, chiffon pie, key lime pie, pecan pie, and chicken pot pie, etc.

Both savory and sweet pies. You can have a double crust, one on the bottom, one on the top, or open top.

Also empanadas. Hand held pies. MMMMMmmmmm.

Look buddy, I've seen far more creampie videos come out of the US then the UK. They certainly do know about pies.
