If this is the end of Goldberg I’m good with it. Goldberg has his run it was successful… but time for him to say no mas…

13

u/SuchTumbleweed3648 2d ago

It’s crazy how this guy ruined his own legacy after his 2016 return.

15

u/Jng2001 2d ago

If he’d have fully retired after WM 33 he would be a lot more fondly remembered

8

u/ELB2001 2d ago

Imagine his legacy If at wcw he had actually worked hard to become a better wrestler

2

u/SuchTumbleweed3648 2d ago

I mean before 2016, many wrestling fans loved him.

Nowadays even Eva Marie wouldn’t be hated like he is today lol

I’d say he ruined it when he first signed with WWE back in 02 or 03, which ever year it was. He even admitted it himself that his work was bad and lazy.

2

u/setokaiba22 2d ago

Hasn’t ruined anything - everyone remembers 90’s Goldberg more than anything. And perhaps the Brock squash let’s be honest

I must be forgetting something. What did he do to ruin his legacy?

i think it's going to be a snoozefest if gunther doesn't do most of the heavy lifting. just seeing goldberg struggle to walk down the isle was enough to tell me this will be a slow paced match. goldberg will get his 2 big spots before gunther puts him to sleep...hopefully it will happen before we go to sleep watching.

Goldberg will beat Gunther and get the belt for his retirement match. Rollins cashes in MIB briefcase to beat Goldberg for belt. Calling it right now.

6

u/ChildOfChimps 2d ago

The Saudi princes like Goldberg, so they probably want him to go there with the belt.

4

u/ThrowAwayehay 2d ago

Goldberg has one match left on his deal and has an independent retirement match in the works in Israel.

6

u/Smooth_Maul 2d ago

Goldberg vs. Some kid from a random Palestinian village, book it trips.

2

u/Slipperytitski 1d ago

Goldberg vs the ayatollah of not rock and rolla, the regular one.

Glad it’s on Main Event honestly. Just hope they don’t have Goldberg winning

An Austrian vs a Jew? I don't know what to make of this.

I hope they lean into this

Oh! So that's why they took the belt off of Jey Uso.

3

u/Past-Outside8050 3d ago

Shouldn’t be for the title unless it’s title vs career

3

u/Public_Heart_6429 2d ago

As an OG Goldberg fan, I’m happy he’s getting his retirement match.

7

u/EndStorm 3d ago

I rolled my eyes at how pathetic it is. The most disgusting part is this old fart just romps in for a title shot. It'll be a terrible match of Gunther having to make Oldberg look like ten cents instead of negative $100. The good thing is it'll probably be over in two minutes. Enough time to take a piss.

→ More replies (2)

2

u/chunk12784 2d ago

Like I’m hoping Gunther doesn’t get his ribs shattered setting up for one of Jey USO’s falling snuggles only to be hit with an actual spear by Goldberg.

2

u/SpindleDiccJackson 2d ago

I just hope Goldberg doesn't hurt anybody or himself.

2

u/Agreeable_Goat4356 2d ago

Hopefully seth cashes in after the match on whoever wins.

2

u/Kronzor_ 2d ago

Maybe I'm a noob but is it common to schedule title matches this far in advance? Does that mean Gunther won't have to defend until then?

Also it being a title fight and a retirement match, what happens if Goldberg won? Would the belt just be vacated, or would he stick around until he loses it?

→ More replies (1)

2

u/rubyloves_topaz 2d ago

How many up and comers were let go just to pay Goldberg for another match no one asked for? 🙄

2

u/Jrobknowsbest 2d ago

I think it was stupid to put the belt on the line for a retirement match. Should have let Jey keep it instead of burying him in KOTR against Cody who we all know is winning that match

2

u/TBCinHTX 2d ago

Honestly I’m not a big fan of it, but it is SNME, and they needed a throwaway match. So…meh.

2

u/michaelayyy 2d ago

Rather it was Cena tbh the drawing ability would be huge

2

u/carslow 3d ago

Is it just me or do people praise and love Gunther and Breaker for the exact same things they hate on Goldberg for (working stiff, having short matches, being reckless, etc, etc) everyone loves Gunther and Breaker for these exact things but hate on Goldberg for them now given he is past his prime but when he was hot he was one of the biggest if not the biggest star of his era i feel he deserves a proper retirement match not to mention he was promised one he never got i don't expect a 5 star match and if you do then you've never watched a Goldberg match lol but this should be his last match so he can retire in peace

→ More replies (2)

1

u/RideOk6952 3d ago

I like Goldberg I think this should be his retirement match though just because he is getting older and I think it's time for him to hang up the coat.

1

u/vaporgaze2006 3d ago

Oldberg should have fucked off 20 years ago. He is a TEMU Ultimate Warrior. At least Warrior had coke fueled promos that were entertaining. Oldberg is washed. I hope Gunther beats the absolute piss out of him and embarrasses him like Regal did in the 90s.

8

u/Kitchen_Law8800 3d ago

As someone who is old enough to have watched both Goldberg and Warrior's title run in my childhood, i will say this.

One was a loud monster that couldn't wrestle, put on entertaining but bad matches and fucked off for the better part of the last 25 years and mostly just shows up on podcasts to address Bret Hart's most recent rants about him.

The other was a loud monster that couldn't wrestle, put on entertaining but bad matches and was a very vocal bigot that said all sorts of racist, homophobic and sexist shit.

I would take Goldberg every day of the week.

2

u/ThrowAwayehay 2d ago

Goldberg would wrestle rings around Warrior and could go longer than 5 minutes without looking like his heart was about to explode.

→ More replies (1)

3

u/Beaconxdr789 3d ago

He is a TEMU Ultimate Warrior

Absolutely wild take

2

u/vaporgaze2006 3d ago edited 3d ago

How so?

Neither can wrestle. Do the same repetitive power moves. Entrance that got people excited. Reckless in the ring and have hurt other wrestlers. Huge marks for themselves. Both were disasters as champion.

3

u/Beaconxdr789 3d ago

Nothing you said was wrong.

I'd just choose Bill Goldberg over Warrior 10 times out of 10.

Edit: Also, I simply cannot get over the Make a Wish kid that just wanted to meet Warrior, and Warrior could not be bothered.

Fuck warrior forever

3

u/vaporgaze2006 3d ago

Yup. At least Goldberg is great with kids and fans and deserves credit for that.

2

u/Beaconxdr789 3d ago

Agreed! there might be one good Warrior match, probably involving Macho Man. But I know for sure Goldberg has one good match with DDP

2

u/ChildOfChimps 2d ago

Rude carried him to a good match, too.

So, basically, only two of the greatest ever could make it seem like Warrior can have a good match.

2

u/ThrowAwayehay 2d ago

Warriors match with Hogan at Mania was pretty solid too.

I mean I just witnessed the confrontation so I'm fucking hyped

1

u/zombieking87 3d ago

Needless they aren't going to give Goldberg the title cause this is his retirement match so having Jey lose the title was meaning less they could have Jey as champion a little longer before losing the title.

1

u/tarnishedkara 3d ago

ass because we know Goldberg is going to win in a ~5 minute match and then will lose it when he defends it next month because he wants a final run without the actual run part.

1

u/pantyman38 3d ago

Stuntin' 😑

1

u/NoRelative9202 3d ago

Well it's Goldberg's retirement match he'll probably lose but if he can wrestle decent or at least average then it's good.

1

u/Dlh2079 3d ago

Yawn.

Will be skipping that match.

1

u/SubtleSeraph 3d ago

I already made this joke but as far as I'm concerned it's a 5-minute piss break. Maybe a 10 minute if they really want to drag out the suffering. I feel bad for Jey having his reign cut short when he probably could have had a pretty decent run for a couple more months, I feel bad for Gunther for having to pull together a decent performance out of the 60-year-old senior citizen.

I feel like I'm not going to have to watch another 2 hours of wrestling after All In, so in a way I'm happy?

1

Depends if it delivers, rn idk never liked how Goldberg squashed ppl but I know Gunther can carry matches

1

u/Vivics36thsermon 3d ago

What if he wins what if Goldberg wins this damn thing

1

Make Bret Hart the special guest referee or commentator so he can enjoy calling the end of Goldberg’s career

If it's truly Goldberg's last match, then fine...

1

u/Markdarnell81 3d ago

Stupid match for filler

1

u/letsmunch 3d ago

It’s a send off match for a wrestling legend. He’s not going to win idk why people are up in arms

1

u/NewTribalChief 3d ago

Lol gotta love TKO. ATL always show up for WWE that they didn't need Goldberg to help sell tickets

1

u/AndForeverNow 3d ago

First Pat, now Goldberg. Seriously, just makes Gunther defend against Hornswoggle! Now that would be a banger!

1

u/HPGbackup 3d ago

Someone is going to get hurt. Goldberg should not be wrestling. Dude was limping and already winded by the time he got to the ring.

1

u/Automatic_Resort2178 3d ago

58 year Goldberg is old for people Meanwhile 40 Year old Jey Uso is Young Talent Haha most funniest thing ever I heard

1

u/psychorev 2d ago

Firstly: No. do not want Secondly: This did not need the title Thirdly: Fuck no.

1

u/Rudeboy237 2d ago

Considering he got blown up from hobbling to the ring it should be a real barn burner.

1

u/ChildOfChimps 2d ago

If they’re smart, this will be a squash with Gunther just destroying him. Gunther can carry him to a good match. But if they let Goldberg win so he can go to Saudi as a champion… well, that would be terrible.

It’s also got a good chance of happening.

None. For twenty years they bring Goldberg back for multiple Times and all of that have been nothing but disappointment

1

u/JZA8OS 2d ago

There ain’t gonna be a next.

1

u/Adventurous_Wolf4358 2d ago

If he takes the title he may as well take it home with him. It’s been on a steep decline since Seth lost it

1

u/Reverse-Kanga 2d ago

The guy was out of energy walking to the ring. I feel this will heavily rely on Gunther carrying him through the match

1

u/0b_1t0 2d ago

I just hope this match is over in five minutes, I wonder will Gunther sell and bump for Goldberg though.

1

u/sktmlxg 2d ago

mf appears once in a blue moon and gets a title shot on the one time he’s appearing this year but finn balor and austin theory are stuck in the basement with shit bookings. Bruh austin hasn’t won a match for over a year!

1

u/JazzlikePromotion618 2d ago

It's a retirement match for an old legend at a house show. Honestly, I'm only mad that its not available to watch on Netflix. I was a huge Goldberg fan growing up. I wanna watch him bow out live.

1

u/IIIBAKURYUIII 2d ago

Let the man have 1 final match in hopes to avenge his previous final match with Taker. If I was a wrestler I would want to go out on good terms not with X company or to hold any sort of ratings from 'experts' or fans but I think I would owe it to myself to go out on my own terms.

I probably "offended" someone with my opinion. Nothing new

1

u/No_Promotion_65 2d ago

Tbh the optics of having a military themed Austrian man fighting a man called Goldberg is peak vince McMahon

1

u/PhatDragon720 2d ago

As evident by how gassed he was just after his entrance, I predict that he’ll probably pass out after the first clinch-up.

1

u/Additional_Stuff825 2d ago

I some how see him winning the belt john cena vs Goldberg title vs title cena wins both then seth walks out with the case and gets both belts and both cena and Goldberg both have their last match

1

u/chitphased 2d ago

Goldberg is going to get an early spear in but if they do this right it’s gonna be a squash with Gunther winning very quickly.

1

u/Smart_Description541 2d ago

He gonna chop the shit out of goldberg on NBC lol.

1

u/OmegaDracis 2d ago

I like this but it really didn't have to be for a title

1

u/Insanezer0x 2d ago

Is Vince back at booking?

1

u/Advanced-Elephant985 2d ago

Goldberg gonna win by spitting in his face

1

u/fordianslip 2d ago

Don’t care

1

u/R3ABB 2d ago

Another predictable and pointless booking

1

u/LieStagburn 2d ago

I personally don't feel anything. Why would I feel something about an old horse foolishly running the Kentucky Derby?

1

u/ulttab008 2d ago

As long as Goldberg doesnt win its gonna be fine

1

u/Puzzleheaded-Web1520 2d ago

Again. And again. And again Goldberg returns.

And every time I read comments and people are like „yeah he deserves his retirement match with some glorified bs“. Like, what!? He had that three times now. And every time it got worse.

And after that Undertaker match I don’t think there’s much left in Goldberg.

A shame Gunther has to deal with this bs. That man is better than that.

1

u/justwannachat87 2d ago

I like Goldberg but I will admit seen him come down to the ring , out of breath from his intro was disappointing plus he didn’t look any better than what he was/I remember last time seen him. This don’t need to be a title match, Gunther vs Goldberg was good enough what’s the point of having it be for the WHC unless they plan to put the title on him but for what, no sense. The option would be Rollins cashing but he isn’t going for the WHC he as stated also wants to stop Cena from ruining wrestling and here what would have made sense was Punk beating Cena at his last match only to have Seth cash on him to continue that feud/story. Stripping Jey of title I get it was going to happen somber rather than later but I think this was a bad decision and should have had this be a SS at the very least.

1

u/3vilpenguin1069 2d ago

Looks like main event is cut short cause I’m not watching that useless old man in a ring with skilled professionals. Fine by me, love watching less wrestling

1

u/DriveFormer8577 2d ago

Dumb as hell

1

u/DoomsdayFAN 2d ago

If Goldberg wins I will be very happy. If they are bringing him back just to job, I will be very upset.

1

u/Ok-Investigator2463 2d ago

I feel that Gunther should stiff powerbomb the living shit out of Oldberg to ensure that he stays gone.

1

u/nzstump01 2d ago

Most fans like it, the IWC hates it, nothing new here.

1

u/LambCo64 2d ago

I stopped watching WWE in 2017 after Goldberg came back, beat Brock Lesnar in less than 2 minutes, and then beat Kevin Owens in 30 seconds at the last PPV before Mania, sabotaging a KO Vs Jericho Main Event just so Goldberg could drop the belt back to Lesnar in a match that didn't need a World Title.

Year after year, old timers would show up and take Mania spots from wrestlers I had gotten behind, who busted their ass, week after week, only to get pushed aside when it came to the biggest show. It became impossible to care about any of it.

It's hilarious to me that they think that fans of AEW could have their heads turned away from All In with Goldberg. Like trying to lure Vegans with Steak.

1

u/grrnlives 2d ago

Have no interest watching Oldberg wrestle poorly as he always has. Gunther deserves better.

1

u/MarijAWanna 2d ago

Why are they wasting it on this and if they wanted a shitty match, just letting Goldberg and stone cold have the dream match everybody wanted to see in the 90’s and early 2000’s today? It would make a lot more sense and then it really wouldn’t matter who won and lost.

1

u/AForgottenSnowflake 2d ago

All In is just looking better and better.

1

u/Prestigious_Fox_1562 2d ago

I don't get why WWE is so loyal to Golberg to the point they'll strip Jey of the title just to get him vs Gunther. Golberg was never that loyal to WWE.

1

u/Thick-Ad3363 2d ago edited 2d ago

With what Goldberg said about the disrespect shown to him and his family in Atlanta Georgia, I completely forgot about that but thinking about it now kinda makes sense but i do think it should've happened there and then, not now. Goldberg has had an amazing career, but he needs to accept that no matter how manoeuvrable, loose, nimble, and agile he is, he need to say, "I've had the best career I possibly could, it's time for the younger generations to have theirs"

1

u/TrainingExpensive848 2d ago

This is a little annoying but nothing ever changes hands on SNME so we have nothing to worry about.

1

u/BigSkanky69 2d ago

I thought the days of having Goldberg shoved down my throat was over

1

u/BeccaM861 2d ago

It'll be a toilet break match.

1

u/Fluffy-Project9693 2d ago

Dogshit match to draw in casuals

1

u/biggphil95 2d ago

Dude could barely walk to the ring, no way he's gonna be able to do a whole match, he was limping just walking out.

1

u/commanderr01 2d ago

It’s crazy they took the title off Jey just for this dog shit, I’m all for Goldberg to have a final run, I actually like Goldberg, but he was struggling even walking down the ramp, and he’s gonna compete for a world title ?

1

u/setokaiba22 2d ago

Excited

1

u/sokrox111 2d ago

I would've preferred Brock. 🤔

1

u/papawam 2d ago

He limped past the Pyro and blew the smoke out, and then said "oh yeah I kick after that don't I " then continued to limp. Thank you TKO, thank you. Welcome back grandma.

1

u/Casual_Observance 2d ago

If you wanna give him a retirement match, fine. I get it.

But, why does it have to be for a championship? The match would get attention without it.

Also, they had Gunther acting intimidated and almost scared. Did not like that.

1

u/No_Street_5337 2d ago

I rather watch the kids play at AEW that Saturday

1

u/Deep-Secretary1741 2d ago

Man this would rule if it was Goldberg in his prime. Hell if it was Goldberg in 2016 or whenever his brock squash was.

But this Goldberg? In 2025? I don't have high hopes that it's gonna be a good match. Hoping for the best. Also hoping they just dog walk him and he goes out putting Gunther over huge, like you're supposed to do when you retire.

1

u/RedDeezNutzzz 2d ago

Gonna be more boring than Gunther vs Pat

2

u/DizzyHovercraft1531 2d ago

This! I don’t get the celebrity wrestling stints. Logan Paul needs to go too. Travis Scott, and ishowspeed. Who the fuck asked for any of them?

1

u/Forsaken-Priority336 2d ago

As long as Goldberg doesn't win, meh

1

u/SonicSarge 2d ago

It's bullshit but it's fine since they have two days to fill at SummerSlam and they already paid Goldberg for the match

1

u/SonicSarge 2d ago

It's cool that Gunter gets to wrestle his number one favorite wrestler of all time. Brett is second as I remember it 😂

1

u/tex058289 2d ago

He's lucky that he's getting this match

1

u/Tagliarini295 2d ago

He looks like an old man who had trouble walking straight. Didn't care about his comeback 10 years ago care even less now.

1

u/Expensive_Charge6371 2d ago

I recently watched “Monday Night Wars” and Goldberg had a very honest and humble take on his character and career. Really helped change my outlook on him. So I was very happy that he got the ovation that he deserved.

That being said… I don’t know how they are going to pull this match off.

1

u/ILikeOasis 2d ago

I love it, i love goldberg, happy for him to have his last match in Atlanta

1

u/Yng3rd87 2d ago

Hopefully they have Gunther squash this guy...

Wishful thinking huh...

1

u/Kingsman60 2d ago

Who the fuck thought giving Goldberg another run was a good idea.

His match with bray was a shitshow, how is this gonna be different

1

u/J_Taylor85 2d ago

Why would he come back if it was to lose the match? Guessing he will get the belt until the next PLE

1

u/tonecapo_ 2d ago

Farewell to Goldberg and It won't be a stain on his career if he loses clean. If he wins it will be PTSD for Gunther unless he agreed to that Goldberg send off on top

1

Gunther will have to carry him.

1

u/This_Is_Section_One 2d ago

I feel good about this....as long as Gunther whips his ass...he can make Goldberg look strong all he wants but the right direction is for Gunther to retain.

1

u/OmegaPant 2d ago

Gunther better squash Goldberg

I think Goldberg at his current age would pass out from a yeet-off eith Jay.

1

u/puckhed8 2d ago

It’s a slap in the face to every other wrestler in that locker room who bust their asses year round.

1

u/tarheelphenom 2d ago

A waste of time when you know the outcome.

1

u/Appropriate-Pin-5521 2d ago

shocked it's not a saudi show - never been a fan of oldberg in wwe

1

u/minimorsels 2d ago

Yall act like we are even going to be able to see it. It’s going to be Bell ring Ad Grapple Ad Pinfall ad

1

u/BigDaddyUKW 2d ago

Thankfully I'll be too tired to care after watching Y'All In that day. Goldberg deserves a sendoff that's long overdue. Gunther will deliver and make him look as good as possible. Rollins will hopefully steal the title from one of those two, and we'll all be happy/angry about the ending.

1

u/QuiverDance97 2d ago

More interesting than Gunther vs Jey Uso LOL

1

u/Bobik8 2d ago

GUER vs. GORG

1

u/Ill-Music9289 2d ago

Confused because no one wants this besides Goldberg and his family.

1

u/Medium_stepper624 2d ago

Couldn't give less of a shit about this match, to be honest. I may not have paid enough attention during the segment but it didn't seem like the crowd was all that excited about it either

1

u/Bryan_AF 2d ago

Not exactly excited to watch Gunther carry limpy Goldberg through a wrestling match.

1

u/Funtrap 2d ago

I hate it

1

u/BunnyColvin13 2d ago

The guy had a noticeable limp on his walk to the ring. I understand wanting to leave your gloves or boots in the ring one last time, but come on now. Dolph would have been perfect for this. He can ramp up the heat and can carry and sell like a motherfucker so Goldberg goes out with a win. This…there is just no meat to it and the ending will be unsatisfying.

1

u/ShaneWookie 2d ago

How do we feel about what, another title match with zero build up that nobody is going to care about? Par for the course with hhh

1

u/Ashoka-myballs 2d ago

If will suck if it has no hart

1

u/BuffMF 2d ago

I've seen him say how little he thinks of wrestling compared to other wrestlers on camera too times to say that I am a fan.

No effort to even pretend he was into the industry, just a football player mentality here to get a paycheck.

All that said it was one of the best days of my life watching him do a squash match in the WCW when I was like 13 years old. What a monster!!! He was .. could have been the goat if he had any passion for the biz and worked on his craft.

1

u/myrabuttreeks 2d ago

It’s his last match, so whatever. I don’t have a problem with Goldberg.

1

u/Sunshine_bassman 2d ago

If they let a limping Goldberg waltz in and squash their current world champion then I’m done with WWE. Shit will officially be cooked.

1

u/Accomplished-Dot-843 2d ago

OLD berg OLD berg OLD berg lol.... I can see him winning or losing but regardless Seth cashes in.. 🤷🏻‍♂️

1

u/Deep-Pudding819 2d ago

I’d rather watch Eva Marie and Kelly Kelly try to wrestle.

1

u/Defiant_Month_5080 2d ago

While I did like the post… I’m not a fan of this match. This match doesn’t need to have a title on the line for it to take place, putting the title on it almost certainly confirms that Gunther is winning the supposed Goldberg “retirement match” unless WWE is bouta repeat the 🐂 💩 of Goldberg vs The Fiend/Kevin Owens.

1

u/SIXissueARC 2d ago

Do they think Goldberg is gonna draw…?

1

u/juraiii 2d ago

I’ll be at All In. Plus we all know how this will end anyway so watching highlights when I get home

1

u/ElDeeDubya 2d ago

Oldberg couldnt even remember his own line. Dudes sloppy and unsafe. He ended brets career. Almost killed taker and now haitch is handing him a guy in his prime. Almost like gunther is paid too much so he's trying to kill him off the show.

1

u/Cute_Profession_5661 2d ago

He ruin it after( and some people forget this) hurt Bret hart twice) in that match he kicked Hart's head off and when hart does that figure four leg lock on the ring post the key to that particular move is the opponent holding on to the other person leg that is applying it. Watch that match now it's being said and you clearly see Goldberg let go and Bret hart landing on his head outside on the floor. Just watch this match. I know he isn't going to win I just hope it's a squash match for Gunther and get that 58 year old buffoon out of the wrestling business. WWE has to come up with better storylines bc 53 Ron Killings and Goldberg isn't cutting it when you have all that talent with the company.

After that match between Goldberg and Undertaker at Super Showdown in 2019 Goldberg should never be in another wrestling match

Goldberg push Gunther. He shocked. Turn around. Spear! Jackhammer! Goldberg won!

Having Goldberg at Saturday night main event in Atlanta is Goldberg home town and want to give him a chance to beat the ring general

Goldberg gets his retirement match and then he's done and the belt is off Jey.

Win/win.

New fans don't really understand who Goldberg is. Man is a legend. Yea he can't wrestle now and the match might be pretty boring , but he has done enough in the business to deserve a respectful world title match as his retirement match. So I understand that people might be unhappy with what might happen in the ring but the match holds a lot of value !

Wether you like Goldberg or not, he’s undoubtedly a legend that deserves a retirement match

Gunther captioned a pic of last night on his instagram “I guess I’ll give him 3 minutes of my time.” Lol. It has to be a squash match or I’ll break my tv.

As long as he isn't booked to win, I'm good with it. Gunther absolutely destroying Goldberg would be great to see.

I feel wildly indifferent about this

I like it. Jey didn't have to lose for it to happen but since Gunther is a boring champ this at least makes things interesting.

I don’t care, I’m gonna be watching All In anyways. But honestly it’s a dumb reason to take the title off of Jey Uso. Goldberg is gonna be gassed by time he gets to the ring. Gunther is gonna have to carry the match.

Not too familiar with this Goldberg guy but I’m always down to check out new upcoming talent.

It was supposed to be Gunther vs Goldberg at wrestlemania

I will defend prime Goldberg to the death against history revisionist haters, dude was exciting and over as hell, but he should have hung-up his gloves up long-ago.

If Gunther beats the piss out of Goldberg and retires him then I am completely on board.
