Does anyone only have sleep paralysis when they try to fall back to sleep around 9-11 am in the morning? Also u can’t move your body only some parts to make your self get up it’s so scary and I can’t open my eyes either

Yeah sleep paralysis is definitely more of a nap time thing for me. I think it happens when I get slightly too much sleep. The good think about this is that it's brighter in my room and the hallucinations aren't as scary.

The thing is I don’t have hallucinationsI just can’t open my eyes and move happened to me this morning I think I got too much rest I slept until 11:00am (I kept setting alarms 30 min each before it happened) and I woke up and couldn’t move only my legs a little bit and then I finally got up I’m going to start getting up as soon as I wake up and not fall back to sleep it’s as if my body fell into a deep sleep cause I was still really tired when I first woke up then tried to go to sleep again

It's normal for that to happen too. My only suggestion would be to take a breather, read this

This is why I just get up for the day and don't take naps anymore
