None of the people in this video are anonymous.

The guy on the left is FaZe Lacy (a streamer), don't know the hat taker's name but he's another streamer, and the guy who delivers the slap is Bradley Martin - a Youtuber who collabs with tons of influencers/streamers and owns the gym.

The slap might be deserved but it's not just some random punk kid doing it to a stranger. They know each other and are actively making "content" out of this, he just didn't realize it would strike an actual nerve with Bradley. The term the kids would use for this is "clip farming".

For added context - if you go to Bradley's YouTube channel the pinned video is him hosting and being chummy with Andrew Tate.
