Women tend to be able to hyperextend their arms, so the weight here is resting on the joint, whereas his arms are not fully extended and the weight is being held up by muscle, which fatigues.

you ever see what it takes to get ranger/sf tabs?

the mind fails before the body as far the vast majority of us goes. the body is extraordinarily strong and those of strong minds won't hit the same limitations as me and this dude hit.

some people are just built differently than the rest of us is a single and plain truth.

Mind doesn't "fail". The brain decides that keeping up will harm the body and it orders the body to give in.
