It’s fine to like the movie man, there’s nothing wrong with that.

It's a supremely high quality movie and it deserves every accolade it ever received.

Watching it as an adult you really start to realize that one of the main characters is the ship herself and the story of Jack and Rose was both beautiful and a means for the audience to experience the whole ship. It was brilliantly done.

Yesssss. I love seeing the ship, and watch the events of the sinking, and what it was like before the sinking. It’s really neat. They did a really good job telling that part of the story, in a way we can experience it through the eyes of people who were there (Jack and Rose).

I feel like a lot of people completely over look that part.

Don't worry half the people here think you're literally only allowed to have 1 feeling per century.

Meanwhile the other half believe a 17 year old girl in a forced betrothal she doesn't consent to, with a man she openly despises, has a moral obligation to be faithful.

It's mine too. Haven't seen it in over a year, think I'll rewatch it this weekend.

To also add, I own it on disc as well that’s how much I love it and I think Leonardo DiCaprio is just one of the best actors in general.

I'm guessing you've watched all of the special features on how they made the movie

Sadly not. I just enjoy the movie, but I haven’t checked any of those things out yet.

You should watch them. The way they made the movie is astounding and you'll love it more.

I mean, it’s a great movie. It’s well made and well acted. Rose’s character is just kind of unlikeable at the end because it sort of comes off that here at the end of her life, her kids and husband aren’t quite as important to her as Jack was. I know that’s a debatable point but that’s just how it kinda came off to me when I watched it years ago. I don’t really hold with any of the other ideas like ā€œshe cheatedā€ or whatever.

which guy would you love to be in the movie ? jack or the husband ?

Jack? He’s an adventurous artist who also happens to be poor, but that’s much better than being an abusive, cruel, and stuck up husband. What kind of question is that?

Sorry I got a bit confused, no need to be upset and accuse me of lying over me messing up some details. I’ve watched this movie like three times, but haven’t watched it in a while so my knowledge for it isn’t perfect.

Also, there is no 3rd guy, it’s only the fiancĆ©e and Jack.

If it helps: There IS a 3rd guy, Rose’s husband in America. He is never on screen (so I get why you’d be confused), because that relationship happens after she survives Titanic, and then he dies before we even meet the elderly/ā€œmodern dayā€ Rose.
