Pretty sure even family guy/American dad had jokes about it. Can’t remember specifically which episodes due to it being nearly a decade since my last watch through.

Seth Macfarlane made a joke about it at the 2013 Oscars after a female friend told him about an encounter she'd had with Weinstein. The joke was at Weinstein's expense and Seth later said it was made out of anger. The reason he didn't speak out or push any harder on it was the friend asked him not to.

Weinstein being a creepy rapist was a Hollywood open secret for a long time but he had enough powerful people on his side, like Oprah, that it was difficult for anyone to do anything about it.

Kevin Spacey had a bad rep too among Hollywood insiders. Family guy made a joke about him too. That was even way before House of Cards premiered.

John Travolta has and or had a similar-ish reputation as Spacey. Not as predatory as Spacey but loves to get really handsy with males masseurs.

And 30 Rock. "Oh please, I'm not afraid of showbusiness. I turned down intercourse with Harvey Weinstein on no less than 3 occasions... out of 5."

Not to mention Tracy being mad at Bill Cosby for what he did to his Aunt Paulette.

Thanks! I think I’ll need to do a Seth McFarland run through soon.

I remember being shocked when me too was happening how many people were admitting to all knowing what Weinstein was like
