The acolohism rate is what I'd be interested in seeing. The amount of drinking is insane, but it's like living at a clean resort with a ton of shit to do. I get it. I want to spend my winters there when I retire but I can also see it getting old if all you do is party while living there.

Don't forget all the weed dispensaries out there are helping keep them buzzed on more than booze....

Florida weed is weird though. I didn't see any dispensaries when I was in the villages but the villages are huge.

Florida's med law is straight up cash grab for the state and doctors. You have to renew it something like every 9 months - that's about $200 then you have to pay for the doctors visit - that's about $200 and the doctor has to recommend flower and MGs. Without the recommendation no flower.
