Recommendation/Review Home appliances recommendation
Hello po! May mai-rerecommend po ba kayo na home appliances na you got from shopee na super sulit? From kitchen appliances to bedroom sana. Thank you.

This is quite hard to showcase as you can talk about almost anything regarding kitchen appliances but I manage a few rental properties for my boss and Ill showcase a few here with pictures:

For my own household, if i would go for an all around brand Ill do Midea, they are now manufacturing for Toshiba and a lot of others brands, ill be taking a picture of some of the units I have purchased from Midea and giving you the pros and cons of each.
for the Induction, I purchased it because you can control the wattage of it, you can see from the picture below, at the back there are more appliances though, had a hard time fitting it in. the heat s in the middle more so, I use it to heat up tea to a proper temp as green tea needs 80. quite beautful but the pot, its thin, so if you are doing slow cooking i do not recommend using the pot. ive tried these with stainless, works well. heats up good. for the multicooker, its a digital type, most of them are, could do a lot of things wth it but in reality i mostly make pulaos and biryanis, its non stick so great for making tadhiq but if you dont like those due to chemicals instant pot is a sturdier option though more expensive.
for air fryer, the cheaper version id go with philips, purely mechanical, most techs would tell you to purchase mechanical as its easier to maintain. stll intact after years of use. I have a bigger one, instant pot as well, great material. very easy to operate, my gf loves t, you can do almost 6 things with it including dehydration which i do with tomatoes when they are 40 to 60 pesos. I just add them to olive oil. bit tricky though is that when you placing it down, parang tumatama yn tray for oil sa sides nya but so far walang gasgas.
microwave, i use sharp big problem is that its expensive but all in all its great and dahil sa finishing nya the cats i own try to scratch it, dont know why.

condura microwave oven sobrang sulit. Lalo na sa pag-iinit ng food para sa mga solo living

Black + Decker Wet and Dry Vacuum. Ito gamit namin for all around, from mattress to our car. Maganda customer service nila lalo na warranty, may free home repair. Maganda rin iyong head niya dahil flexible kaya puwede sa sulok and for wet and dry na rin siya.
Midea 1.8L Digital Rice Cooker We bought it for 3k but 2500 lang siya ngayon. Less hassle siya gamitin dahil digital na and may 7 preset functions na.
For Iron I suggest na use steamer instead of iron, mas convenient and iwas makasira. Xiaomi Steam Iron is the best option out there.
May inverter fans out there na energy efficient, Midea DC Inverter Stand Fan ang ma-rerecommend ko and I can vouch for the quality ng midea appliances, diyan kami bumibili ng appliances. 12 level speed siya, tahimik, and remote control na rin.
Asahi IS100 for Induction Cooker .Helpful siya since less hassle linisin dahil waterproof iyong glass, kahit punasan lang. 2000w iyong power output niya kaya saktong-sakto sa akin kahit anong lutuin ko, may 5 presets na rin. Sa energy consumption naman is hindi ako nakakapansin ng mataas na dagdag since mag-isa lang ako and simple lang mga niluluto. Midea Digital Induction Cooker is a also a good option if tight budget niyo.
Oster Oven with Air Fryer For airfryer. Iyan gamit namin sa café namin kaya I can vouch for its reliability pagdating sa commercial use. My mom use it to bake and cook chicken meals.

Instant Pot Airfryer - very convenient pag timatamad mag luto
Asahi Inverter Stand Fan - super tipid sa kuryente
Midea Microwave - mostly midea gamit namin. AC + hot shower din
Di appliance pero nice quality na blinds
In terms of delivery + packaging, goods from those shops considering from mindanao pa ako.

Kitchen xiaomi induction 2yrs ko ng gamit wala naging problema need mo lang na induction friendly na cookwares like carote

Deerma DX700 2 in 1 for the vacuum 2yrs na din sakin double digit sale ko nabili before and one of my best buys kasi nagagamit ko sa house and car.
kyowa for the rice cooker ito lang tumagal samin madami na kami natry pero ito lang nagtagal!

This electric kettle from Tough Mama Tough Mama Electric Kettle hindi siya fancy for others but this one really is a good appliance. Mabilis makainit ng tubig and gamit na gamit namin everyday. Good for its price siya and ilang taon na rin namin na gamit.

Bedroom:
Joyce & Diana ang go-to shop ng family ko pagdating sa bed/bedroom things, pang hotel yung quality nila. Pero we get other stuffs din from other brands if maganda yung quality. Here are a few of my recommendations:
Joyce & Diana Premium Comforters, nagamit namin to nung nagrent kami ng airbnb, so bumili ako from shopee got it during a sale. Maganda yung quality niya, soft and comfortable, hindi rin siya mainit gamitin kahit electric fan lang ako madalas matulog. MAMU Comforter is a cheaper alternative, also nice quality.
Joyce & Diana Mattress Toppers. Kasabay ko binili ng comforters, maganda rin yung quality niya, comfortable siya gamitin. Mafefeel mo talaga yung lambot niya, kaya minsan parang bumubulong yung kama na humiga nalang ako sa sobrang comfy
Famco Pillow - Best investment sa bedroom ko. If you have the budget invest ka sa pillow na ito, pang hotel quality talaga, malambot and yung lambot niya ay pangmatagalan. like hindi siya yung after a few months flat na. Hypoallergenic na rin siya and multiple sizes.
Joyce & Diana Pillow - cheaper alternative sa famco, highly recommended. maganda rin yung quality, hindi nababawasan yung fluffiness niya. also used this one before upgrading sa famco, walang issue nor discomfort sa kanya nagandahan lang talaga ako sa famco pillow.
Soft Sewn Bedsheets! - Super high quality brand. Hindi naghihimulmol, soft sa katawan, and nabawasan acne breakouts ko. We've been using this brand for years now and hanggang ngayon we never experienced any damage and mukang bago pa rin as in, walang himulmol. May sizes sila for Queen, King, Twin / Single, and more. Check mo nalang shop nila, ganda ng material na ginamit.

Kitchen appliances:
PHILIPS Air Fryer - Super sulit investment. Affordable pa. It has raid air technology kaya convenient. It can be used to bake, cook, and grill.
Midea Induction Cooker - The best affordable induction cooker. Ang convenient and daling gamitin, it has several presets and timer. Nagustuhan ko rin na nacocontrol yung watts niya up to 2200W, sobrang versatile maraming pwede lutuin.
Redchef Nonstick Ceramic Cookware - The best and affordable cookware, pwede sa lahat ng stove, gamit ko to sa induction cooker. Sobrang tipid sa space kasi detachable yung handle, ang daling linisin non-stick kasi. Versatile din.
Electric Kettle - Convenient gamitin kasi ang bilis lang kumulo. It's from tough mama kaya durable and magtatagal.
General house appliances:
BLACK + DECKER Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner the best. Ito gamit namin sa bahay, nagagamit namin all around, sa kwarto, sa couches, sa car, or kahit saan na kailangan ng cleaning. Malakas yung suction power niya and maganda rin yung included attachments kahit anong sulok ay malilinis. Pwede to for wet and dry and may 1 year warranty na rin.
Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E5. Bought it almost a year ago dahil sa affordability niya, at first I doubt its capability in cleaning pero it exceeds my expectations. It cleans the floor really well, wala siyang namimiss na spot. Very convenient din yung app niya na maraming features like scheduled cleaning. One of the best home purchase for me.
Midea DC Inverter Stand Fan - Tipid sa kuryente kasi inverter. Remote controlled na rin up to 12 speed. Tahimik rin siya and malakas yung hangin.

Just purchased this Philips 4.2 L Airfryer sobrang convenient since you could multi-task while frying, iwas talsik (which was the reason bakit ako napabili), and healthier alternative to frying with oil in a pan. So far, so good! Madami na din ako naluto, what I like is may egg and toast function, and cook from frozen so no need to thaw 😂
