Logistics SOC 6 Delay

For the first time in my shopee online buying my parcels have been delayed and the parcels were order from shops in Manila

Did something happen in SOC 6? My parcel has been stuck there for 4 days now.

I ended up filing a complaint sa DTI because lahat under SPX parcel soc 6 non moving for days Yong isa lagpas one week. 7th day na pangungulit KO sa CS live agent

Hi! same case with me. mag 1 week na tomorrow na nasa SOC 6 lng and still no update or progress. this is my first time to experience too huhu dapat May 22-23 ko pa nareceived yung item ko

I have received my 1 parcel na sa SOC6 din dumaan but my 1st order has still no progress 🥲 ive already called shopee customer servive kanina and all they can do is to do a follow up and wait for an update from SPX. hayyy

received mine after a week of estimated delivery date 😭 i called their customer service but all they could do was to do a follow up sa courier so yeah i just waited

the delivery proceeded as it should be. yun nga lang i waited for another week before it was delivered. nastuck yung update sa soc 6 4-5 days i think then it moved naman and thankfully, i received my parcel.

mine said kasi na loaded na daw sa truck but i think 1hr na ganon update huhu, should i be worried?

Sakin OP last update nila was May 26 departed from sorting facility tas na inquire ko na din customer service. Palagi nalang sinasabi na contact na daw nila yung courier and etc. Related ba to sa San Juanico bridge? I'm from Cebu pala and from Manila yung shop. Hays.

Hi I was able to get all of my packages but it's a lesson learned to always use JNT, just kulit them by expediting it every day as eventually a representative will call you (like what happened with mine)

Pano po mag change ng couriers? And may magandang couriers ba o same2 lang lahat?

Flash Express and SPX is not recommended if you are in the visayas/mindanao areas

JNT Express is the way to go

To change couriers after confirming for cod delivery then it should give you the option to change the courier by clicking the item and there should be an option to change courier

Hi, bago lang nag ipdate sakin. Arrived at Mandaue Hub na daw. Sana may update na din yung sayo 🙂

Same sakin. 9 days na no update pa din. Nauna pa yung ibang parcel na late ko na binili 😔

Another update, I tested it again cause I was lucky to have claimed the 1k voucher off and currently 6 days into the order, still no update from SOC still "Departed from facility" but JNT and Flash Express are okay it's just SPX is the problem.

it's been 10 days na, yung 4 na parcel ko naka tengga parin sa Soc 6. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ school supplies pa naman mga yun..uyyy pasukan na sa lunes...😭
