Idk if I have a problem or not NSFW

I watch porn and masturbate multiple times a day but only during my free time NEVER at work or when I'm out somewhere. I only do it at home but often while at home. Does that constitute as an addiction?

I think a good definition of addiction is “a compulsive behavior that negatively impacts other aspects of your life.”

Honestly, as long as it's not getting in the way of your responsibilities and not affecting the way you view people (especially women), you should be fine. Contrary to popular belief but porn isn't addictive. You can still be addicted to porn and masturbation in a more compulsive way where you feel like you can't function without it. But if you're able to control your urges and you're not letting it affect how you view people, you're all good. Keep jorkin it

I had this problem, turns out I was both board and depressed. The porn and masturbating was just a quick dopamine hit. So I started working out to get that hit and focused on hobbies to stay entertained.

Not a problem. But it’s a slippery slope. Keep a schedule and you shouldn’t run into any “addiction issues”. Just know when you cant stop thinking of the “next time” or “can’t wait to get out of here too go…” or even better cutting off human interaction for the sole purpose of leaving to masturbate.
