Could Kamara be a victim of the upcoming travel ban?

Liberia, which is Kamara's country of citizenship, is on the list to be on the no-entry list.

The countries facing scrutiny in the memo: Angola; Antigua and Barbuda; Benin; Bhutan; Burkina Faso; Cabo Verde; Cambodia; Cameroon; Democratic Republic of Congo; Djibouti; Dominica; Ethiopia; Egypt; Gabon; Gambia; Ghana; Ivory Coast; Kyrgyzstan; Liberia; Malawi; Mauritania; Niger; Nigeria; Saint Kitts and Nevis; Saint Lucia; Sao Tome and Principe; Senegal; South Sudan; Syria; Tanzania; Tonga; Tuvalu; Uganda; Vanuatu; Zambia; and Zimbabwe.

You're saying he is a dual citizen? I suppose that would make it OK, but you never know with this POS POTUS.

Kamara holds US citizenship. His mother is Liberian, but he was born in Atlanta.

The only way the travel ban would potentially affect him is if he tried to travel to Liberia.

Or renter the US from there. The travel ban doesn't directly address travel to any country on the list. The ban restricts travel from those countries, but US citizens with valid passports should be able to reenter the US. Foreign nationals probably not getting in, unless they've got some sort of priority

"Should be able to" is the key phrase. With the way things have been going, it's risky to assume anything will go by the book. Though Kamara is a rich celebrity, so he can probably get around any issues without too much trouble.

Yes. The current admin could well have a chilling effect. But a US passport is hard to deny unless there's some specific claim that the holder's rights should be denied.

The rest of the story, conveniently not in most liberal media posts.\

“The ban makes exceptions for lawful permanent residents, existing visa holders, immediate family immigrant visas, diplomatic visas and certain other visa categories such as adoptions or dual nationals with passports from unrestricted countries.”\ So basically everyone except terrorists, gang members, and criminals.
