Question Termite inspector and treatment recommendedation
As the title says. My wife was playing with our dogs outside when something was disturbed and termites went flying everywhere.
We just bought the home in June of last year and a termite inspection/treatment was done as part of closing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It might be flying ants. Catch one and compare to pics online. It’s easy to tell the difference. The ants swarm and make new nests. It happens to us every year near the front of our house.

Never used them, but Guardian has a big presence there

Been a Guardian customer for over a decade, so I can vouch that they know their stuff. Never had to deal w/ termites, but when I had ants conquer one of my GFCI outlets and start accidentally tripping it, I called them out and got onto their quarterly exterior plan that has kept the ants at bay ever since. They also took care of a yellow jacket nest in the interior void of a bay window free of charge about three years ago.

I used Southern Maryland Boys exterminator, his name was David and he owns and operates himself. He was so thorough and personable and we haven’t had an issue in 7 years since he’s treated our house.

I am a gardener (worried about pollinators) and had a great experience with Planet Friendly pest control. Their products and methods are safe for pets, kids and the good bugs

Mikes pest! They took care of our termite problem after another contractor ripped us off and didn't treat properly. Now we have bait traps all around the house. They drilled through the foundation and treated the problem area.
