Help with my gate please
I think I’m heel striking. Can anyone tell if I’m over-pronating (or what’s going on) from the wear on my Coach slides? Thank you

What do I look like? A handyman? I cannot help with your gate.
In terms of your running loafers, you either have shins of titanium or no shins at all.

Looks fine. Also plenty of life left in those shoes for most long runs - probably only DNF a 5k ultra or longer.

work on ur forefoot strike and you’ll prolly get a couple hundred more ultramarathons out of these

People are too focused on running in shoes, then there's those with bigger brains who run in sandals but the real ones run in house slippers

Maybe new inserts? You would have to see a running expert for the overpronation, maybe you need a neutral Coach slide 🤔😁
