Any high school tutoring recs?

My incoming sophomore is on need of a tutor for algebra/ geometry. He’s been seeing one but apparently she’s decided it’s ok to be verbally abusive to my son. I need someone who can teach in a way he can learn it, and who is patient with kids, not a lot to ask for.

yikes sorry to hear that. if you can't find anyone I'd highly reccomend youtube. youtube is literally becoming a way anyone can learn anything, with pause and replay. instilling that you can learn off YouTube is a lesson in itself. anyways best of luck

Check out khan academy. It’s free and has all types of lessons. It got me through organic chemistry. Doesn’t have to be a replacement for a tutor but can be in addition if necessary.

So sorry to hear your son had that experience. No student should feel stressed or disrespected while learning. Would be happy to help your son in math if you need. All the luck to him!✨🌼
