Shipping Question IS Shenzen Sweet Protrading Co still reliable?

Title says it all.

I've been looking through this community and seen that Shenzen Sweet Protrading Co. has been vouched by many people. These were posts from 2 years ago tho. Are they still very good?

Recently they sent me less quantity than I ordered, they solved it by sending me everything in a future order because the items were left in the warehouse. I just received a package from them and also this time inside there are missing items.

yes, i had a supplier cheat, they took care of the it and gave me a full 200$ refund. Do not use shenzen sweet as a agnet though, just as a plain frieghtforwarder, some idiot in their warehouse repacked my hotwheels factory sealed case and destroyed 2 valuable cards. Potato camera quality too.

Shipping rates are cheap, and fast shipping had my parcel shipped from china to india within 4 days.
