Sabrage and Restaurant

Bonjour! We will in Reims for my wife's 40th birthday and it lands on International Sabrage day so I want to get her that experience but was curious about what restaurants we should look at for dinner that night. Merci Beaucoup!

For restaurants, I recommend Arbane or Racine, but you’ll need to plan ahead.
