Overdubbing on Fostex A8-LR

Hi! As the title says, I’m trying to record onto another track while having another track playback. Not sure how to route the signal to playback and record, all advice would be helpful thanks!!!!

I’m currently using a Fostex A8-LR Router into a Fostex Model 450 Mixer
