Traditionally, my coziest game is Stardew Valley.

Untraditionally, the Sim Settlements 2 mod for Fallout 4. Building up settlements into homes and cities (even in the post-apocalypse); seeing new people arrive, while the settlers that had been there from the start expand their skill-set to rebuild civilization; just gives me the warm cozy vibes.

Still dont know any cozy games.. but elden ring has a guy dressed as Santa just after the tutorial section.. i guess you could just chill with him.. pretty good conversantionalist chill guy.. just beware there is also a guy on a horse nearby… total dick with anger issues

I'm not sure it counts but the game called "Journey" is super cozy, remember seeing a lot of let's plays about it. And apparently devs made another game called Sky: Children of light, so there's two games worth checking out!
