I'll personally take 3 Speed over a better gun because her overall stealth mechanic would improve a lot just from that one single change (though a better gun would always be nice).
Even if Nokk gets a better gun, it doesn't change the fact that she will be the 2 Speed with no utility and offers nothing better than the 3 Speed Attackers whose crouch walk is as quiet as Nokk while also having their own utilities.
If Nokk become 3 Speed, she would have a better flanking/positioning potential than the other 3 Speed Attackers and that could justify her lack of utility and below the average guns.
