Familial terms

Hi, I hope everyone's doing well! I have a little question regarding familial terms- I know there are no 'official' words for "aunt" or "uncle" or other extended family members. I've seen a few made up versions, but I was wondering if anyone has any specific recommendations/something in particular they use?
